Since I work out at least four times a week, I go through a lot of outfits. So by the weekend, I’ve got a big pile of stinky, sweaty clothes. If this sounds familiar, take the time today to wash all your socks, sports bras, shorts, tops, bathing suits, and towels. You’ll
