Exercise can do more than just benefit the body. It can also offer an emotional release as well as provide much-needed time alone. There are many times that exercise has been a time to think, self-reflect, and work through issues in my life, and 19 times out of 20, I always feel happier at the end of a workout. For me,

exercise is definitely a form of therapy – it’s been shown to help beat depression . What about you? Do You Consider Exercise a Form of Therapy? Yes, I’ve worked through many issues while working out. No, exercise isn’t therapy for me. I don’t exercise.
