The flu is one thing, but when I have a little cold , sometimes exercising makes me feel better. Even though I may not have the energy for a full-on sweat fest, getting moving helps warm my body up and usually helps relieve my nasal congestion. What’s your take on exercising when you’re sick? Do

You Exercise When You Have a Cold? Yes, it helps me feel better. No way, I skip out on exercise when I’m sick. Sometimes, it depends on how I feel. I haven’t had a cold in a long time.
