FitSugar reader lenore shared her warm-up for the fifth challenge of our Get Fit For 2011 giveaway. I am working on being able to run for a full hour, so I downloaded the Bridge to 10K program to my BlackBerry. This morning was the second workout in week one. On Monday I completed the workout on the treadmill, but today I decided to take my run outside. Here is the workout: 5 minute warmup walk 10 minute jog 1 minute walk 10
