As anticipated, the constitutionality of the health-care overhaul law will be decided by the Supreme Court. The court agreed to hear a challenge to the law brought by a group including the governors and attorneys general of 26 states. As the WSJ reports, one appeals court has struck down the mandate as unconstitutional. Three other appeals courts — including one last week — have sided with the Obama administration.
