We are pumped to share one of our fave stories from Self here on FitSugar! We recently grilled Gwyneth Paltrow’s trainer Tracy Anderson about how Gwyneth gets her super-hot Glee body. But Anderson also trains the soon-to-be married Jessica Simpson , who is working out in advance of her upcoming wedding .

And while fitness junkie Paltrow does Anderson’s program six days a week – religiously! – Simpson is ramping up slowly, starting with four days a week. So how is Anderson whipping 30-year-old Simpson into shape?
