I always have the best intentions when it comes to waking up early, but I’ve resigned myself to the fact that I’m not a morning person. There are many reasons why I’ve been trying to make time for early morning workouts. For one, I wouldn’t have to worry about after-work events getting in the way of my workout, and for another, studies have shown that exercising in the morning is the key to burning the most calories. Most importantly, however, is the fact that exercising in the

morning can give you that extra jolt of energy you need to be more productive during the rest of the day. But if you’re like me, sometimes there aren’t enough minutes from awake time to commute time to squeeze it all in.
