Jessica Simpson is the latest celebrity to join Tracy Anderson’s growing list of A-list clients. The star is enlisting the celeb trainer, who is best known for working with Gwyneth Paltrow , to help her get in shape for her upcoming nuptials to Eric Johnson . Tracy has designed a routine specifically for Jessica’s needs that includes dance aerobics, ab work, and strength training. Tracy told Us Weekly that Jessica wants to “look healthy” and “is in the mind-set that this is a big, forever lifestyle shift.”

For the last few weeks Jessica has been working out four times a week for 75 minutes each time – that shows definite commitment! We also wonder how much Jessica’s diet has changed since meeting her fiancé, who follows a vegan diet; cutting back on meat is often an easy way to lose weight. Whatever it is, the work is paying off: Jessica looks great on the cover of this week’s New York Magazine .
